Baltimore police officers were called to the Sinai Hospital to investigate after a walk-in victim arrived around 3:30 p.m., Monday, April 10.
Investigators say the victim, a 16-year-old boy, was suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso.
The teen was pronounced dead a short time later.
A couple of hours later around 5:30 p.m., police were called to a home in the 1000 block of Dartmouth Road to investigate an incident.
When police arrived, they found a 44-year-old man who was suffering from stab wounds.
Medics rushed the victim to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Homicide detectives were assigned to the case and arrested a 22-year-old man who was reportedly an acquaintance of the victim.
